Yes! After you have posted a new taste, a screen will pop up that gives you the option to "Share" this taste on Twitter and Facebook. 

Tap "Share" and the customized tweet will appear.

You can edit this, by adding additional twitter handles (like if it was at a special event with their own twitter name or if you dined out with a friend you'd like to share it with), hashtags, and anything else.

Then tap the Twitter icon, Facebook icon, or both, depending on where you want the message shared. Then tap "Done" and you're all set!
